課程概述 |
本課程提供獸醫學系或生物學有關的學系學生熟悉魚類組織學的科學及技術知識，以使其掌握養殖魚類與對蝦類各器管系統的大體解剖構造、基本生理功能和顯微組織構造；並加強魚類組織切片的觀察與實習，以培育其後從事魚類臨床疾病檢診的組織與組織病理判讀技能。本課程屬於基礎性獸醫學課程，對於擬選習魚類病理學、魚類組織病理學、魚病學或從事其相關的研究者，本課程可提供魚類的解剖、組織、生理的專門知識與技術訓練，以便其判讀魚類非正常性的病變、病理或疾病之基礎。 |

課程目標 |
• 了解魚類採樣、解剖、組織塊採樣和組織切片製作與判讀的知識與技術。
• 區別魚類組織切片的正常的、人為的或病理性變化。
• 研習魚類各器管系統的大體解剖、顯微組織構造與基本生理。
• 比較魚類不同種別或魚類與陸生動物間的比較解剖學、組織學與生理學方面的異同。
• 提供魚類組織切片的觀察與實習，以熟悉與切實掌握魚類的顯微組織構造與判讀技能。
• 基於對蝦疾病檢診的需要，提供對蝦的解剖、組織與生理概要。
